HOW DO I START THE HIRE PROCESS?

WHAT SIZE CONTAINER CAN I HIRE?

CCLS currently hire out 20ft and 40ft shipping containers. These include 20ft and 40ft refrigerated (reefer/cold room) containers.

CAN I HAVE A CUSTOMISED DESIGN ON MY HIRE CONTAINER?

Our containers can be painted to suit your needs. We can also add logos, or text to the containers using vinyl stickers. There is an additional charge for containers that require a bespoke colour scheme or livery.

WHAT WILL IT COST ME TO HIRE A SHIPPING CONTAINER?

Not much. There is a general misconception that shipping containers are very expensive. However, CCLS currently hire containers to customers from as little as N400 per day, and we can also offer a concession on large orders; when you consider this against renting some warehouse space, on site container storage is easily the most affordable way to store your goods.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR HIRING A CONTAINER?

Once you accept our quotation, we will inquire to ascertain whether your space can site a container, or if the truck can fit down your road; so as long as there are no obstructions when we arrive, you can be assured of receiving the container. We may also ask you to send pictures to help with assessing your site. Our drivers will also tarry a little, and make sure that the container is level, and opens and closes properly. (Please note that it is your duty to make sure that where you site the container is level and adequate).

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY CONTAINER HIRE?

CCLS will make the process easy for you. We accept all payment types, direct debit, bank transfer, cheque and cash (paid directly into our bank account). Our first invoice is for four weeks rental, delivery, and collection; this must be paid prior to delivery. After that you will receive a monthly invoice for just the rental of the container.

ONCE I'M DONE WITH THE CONTAINER WHAT DO I DO?

When you are finished with your container all you need do is give us a call to let us know. Unfortunately we cannot accept off hires via email, as we need verbal confirmation. One of our hire executives will provide you with an off hire number, and arrange a date for the collection of the container. We require a minimum of 7 days notice for an off hire, so if you need it collected on a certain date, ensure you call early to guarantee the collection. You will also need to clear your account with us, as your container will not be collected until the outstanding balance on your account is cleared.

CAN I DECIDE TO BUY MY RENTED CONTAINER AT A LATER STAGE?

It may be possible to buy your container at a later stage. You will need to contact us to find out when you decide to buy.
